What happens if I cancel web hosting?
Your loyalty benefits stop when you no longer have an eligible active web hosting package. We hold your previous loyalty level for six months. If you reactivate during that period, your previous level is restored.
Does inactive time count toward my next level?
No. Time without eligible active web hosting does not count toward Gold or Diamond status.
What happens after six months away?
Your previous status is normally forfeited after six months without eligible active web hosting. The Hosting Hotel may choose to restore a previous status or membership history at its discretion when circumstances warrant an exception.

Yes. Participating products, services, suppliers, partners, pricing, processing fees, and offers can change as the program evolves.
